Returns Policy
Slavica accepts returns for up to one year of the original purchase date IF AND ONLY IF the books are in original condition and are in the original shrink-wrap. If for any reason the books are returned in any condition other than original/new, the refund will be denied. Please note that prior permission from Slavica is required to return merchandise. Permission may be requested by email (preferred), fax, or mail. For all customers, credit is granted in the form of a credit memo. These memos may be applied to existing or future invoices or may be refunded upon request. If any customer wishes to utilize a credit memo toward an invoice payment, this must be EXPLICITLY mentioned on any payment notifications, checks, etc. Credit memos expire after 18 months. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. When a refund is requested after receipt of return, funds are returned to the card.
Shipping
U.S. and International Standard Shipping: Please allow 2 business days for items to ship domestically via USPS Media Mail or internationally via our distributor. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery inside the U.S. and 4 weeks for international delivery. Continental U.S. Expedited Shipping: Rates are also available via Expedited service inside the continental United States. If your state qualifies, the option will appear in the shipping options in the checkout menu. Delivery can be expected in 2-5 business days. We will add additional shipping methods for books as time and demand allow. For Quantities totaling 50 lbs. or more: Please contact us directly for orders of this size.
